Loved beautifully maintained and functional double room with a strong design ethic, felt like we were home...
It would be nice if amenities were available.

Really enjoyed staying at the deluxe king room even for your suitcase. The location was good and unbeatable to keep everything look ' clean ', better than we ever had before. Further, it was adjacent to different parks and Times Square.

It's a nice little hotel for young people. We chose it only for the Chelsea location. At $400+, the price exceeded the value. With the bed on the floor, it makes getting up a little difficult for older people. The step-down from the bed is a little dangerous in the night--the hotel will certainly have people injured from this, so I hope you have good liability insurance! Sink is too small. Check-in was slow, but everyone was very nice. I would stay in the hotel again, but only if the room price were in the $250-300 range

Attractively designed hotel in good Chelsea location just by the High Line
Platform bed was interesting in concept but still felt like you were sleeping on a futon on the floor.

Seemed like a cold place in the interior of the room - no natural light at all which made the place pretty creepy.

Alameda, Highline provided a stylish and well-appointed room that was perfect for my business trip. The staff were friendly, eager to assist, and ensured I had everything I needed for a productive stay. The hotel's location was ideal for accessing the High Line and Chelsea nightlife.
The only downside was the slightly cold ambiance, which could be improved with warmer decor.

The roof top
Staff in the restaurant not very professional in general

The staff were helpful and friendly. The design of the hotel was spectacular.
The "court" view was not very good. The view out the window was of a boarded up window on the next building.

I loved the location of Hotel Alameda, Highline, especially being so close to the High Line and Chelsea nightlife. The room was stylish and well-appointed. Plus, the staff were friendly and always eager to help with any questions.
The ambiance felt a bit stark and could use more warmth.

beautiful decor, attention to detail, close to the High Line, bar on the roof
was hoping to use the pool in September but it has no heat and seems a little awkward anyway to swim in a bar area.

The staff were very professional whilst also being cool. It felt as though we were being taken care of by friends. The rooms felt spacious for their size. Good amenities.
Our room was next to the roomservice staff's station who seemed to be using their loud walkie talkies quite a lot. Not too disturbing.

Great location and comfy beds!
Just spent 5 nights in a beautiful room with my group. The location was great, super close to the High Line. Staff were super chill and helpful! The room was cozy, but crawling out of that low bed was a struggle. The lamp over my head was a headbutt hazard. The bar area was nice for grabbing drinks.
